I got the heo quay meal. I was actually surprised at how crispy it was, but the meat was still so juicy. Finally some authentic, literally home cooked Vietnamese food in Austin.

The Heo Quay Kitchen is the best. The food looks just like the pictures on Facebook, and it tastes amazing. Everything is perfectly seasoned and the portions are super generous.
